The terms on which Syphnosys Analytics may be used.

Who may use this application

Syphnosys Analytics is an internal tool operated by Syphnosys for its own staff. It has no public registration and is not offered to the general public. Access is granted by Syphnosys to its employees and contractors, and may be withdrawn at any time. If you have reached this page without an account, there is nothing here for you to sign up to.

What the application does

It reads reporting figures for mobile apps published by Syphnosys from Google Play, AdMob, Firebase, Google Analytics and Google Ads, through Google’s official APIs, and presents them together. It is a reporting tool: it does not change anything in a connected account.

Acceptable use

By using Syphnosys Analytics you agree that you will not:

• use an account issued to somebody else, or let anyone else use yours;
• connect a Google account that Syphnosys does not own or is not authorised to use;
• take figures out of the application and disclose them outside Syphnosys without permission;
• attempt to reach data belonging to apps or accounts you have not been given access to;
• interfere with the service, its rate limits, or the Google APIs it depends on.

Connected Google accounts

Whoever connects a Google account confirms that they are entitled to grant that access. Access is read-only and may be revoked at any time, either inside this application or from the Google account’s own permissions page; revoking it stops all further reading immediately. Use of data obtained through Google APIs is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability

The application is provided as an internal tool, as-is, with no guarantee of availability. It depends on Google’s APIs, and when those are unavailable, rate-limited or return incomplete figures, the reports here will reflect that. Figures shown are for internal reporting and are not warranted to be accurate or complete; the connected Google platforms remain the source of record.

Changes and termination

Syphnosys may change these terms, or suspend or withdraw access to the application, at any time. Continued use after a change means the changed terms apply. Access ends automatically when a person’s engagement with Syphnosys ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
